This page explains what happens to the information you share through this website. We’ve kept it short and in plain English.
Who we are
TribeSquared is a trading name of 3CO UK Limited, and we’re responsible for the personal information collected through this site. If you have any questions, email hello@tribesquared.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you choose to tell us in the conversation on this site: a description of your project, any details you add, and your name and email address. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
How the AI fits in
The conversation on this site is run by an AI assistant, provided by Anthropic. What you type is sent to Anthropic so the assistant can reply. Anthropic processes it on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send your project intro, or to contact us directly.
Why we use it
To understand your project, reply to you, and talk about working together. Our lawful basis is your consent when you send us your details, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We will never sell your information or add you to a mailing list without asking.
Preventing misuse
To stop the assistant being misused, we keep a scrambled, one-way version of your connection address for one day, alongside a count of how many messages it has sent. It can’t be turned back into your address, it isn’t linked to anything you type, and it’s deleted the following day. For the same reason, your browser keeps a random visit code for the day. It contains nothing about you. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it’s kept
The site is hosted by Netlify, which stores the messages you send us until we’ve dealt with them. Some of our providers are based in the United States, and they protect transferred data with the safeguards required under UK law.
How long we keep it
If we end up working together, for as long as we work together and as required for our accounts. If not, we delete your details within twelve months.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Just email us. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
