In these uniquely uncertain times that we find ourselves in as a result of the worldwide Coronavirus epidemic, we want to reassure customers that we are operating normally. Here is some information you may need to know about how we are delivering our services during this period.

Business as usual

Our email and phone lines are working as per normal. If we are unable to take your call on our main phone line, please do leave a voice message as these are sent to us electronically so that they are not missed.

Social distancing

We are not making any customer visits at present. We make use of the excellent Zoom video conferencing system to host face-to-face meetings in comfort and safety. All of our team are working from home, which is something we already very accustomed to.

Business hours support

We can provide support for your website during normal business hours, unaffected by Covid. All website access is conducted remotely.

Hosting

All of our customer websites are hosted with one of the UK’s leading website hosting companies, which means that our customer website hosting is unaffected by our own circumstances. We have access to a massive team of technicians, all of whom are working remotely. We do not expect general website availability to be affected by Covid, though some customer websites may attract more traffic depending on their purpose.

Supporting small businesses

We want to offer as much support to our customers as we can. Getting through this period in history will require a strong sense of community spirit. So we are offering some basic support related to Covid free of charge to our existing customers. For more information please visit this page.
